According to reports, Leeds United have signed former Juventus midfielder Ouasim Bouy on a four year deal and have loaned him out to Spanish side Cultural Leonesa.
The 24-year-old was once regarded as one of the best prospects in Europe and Leeds will send the youngster on loan to Spain for next season in order for him to regain confidence in terms of his performances on the pitch.
The Whites saw Bouy as a good investment following his release from Juventus though he will not feature this season as manager Thomas Christiansan already has a lot of midfield options at his disposal.
During his time with Juventus, Bouy never managed to break into the first team and underwent loan spells with clubs such as Brescia, Hamburg and Panathinaikos. He managed only one senior appearance for the Old Lady, which came in 2013.
Should he perform well this season, he may be drafted into the Yorkshire club’s first team next season.
