According to Inside Futbol, Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers is on the verge of strengthening his team with yet another acquisition as Olivier Ntcham from Manchester City is about to sign for the Hoops.
The website has stated that 90% of the deal is already finished and the value of the whole transfer is believed to be around €4.5 million. The 21-year-old midfielder has appeared for Man City U-23 46 times, but he never got the opportunity to become the regular first team member.
In the past two years, Ntcham was loaned to Seria A side Genoa, where he became one of the vital members of the squad. During his time in Italy, the Frenchman played 41 games in all competitions and scored 3 goals.
The energetic midfielder has been a member of all of the youth French national teams. In 36 games for the youth national side, Ntcham has netted 6 times.
If the Hoops do sign this youngster, they will definitely make a respective, and above all, a very talented team, which has a potential to make some significant results on the European scene.
