New Everton signing Davy Klaassen has revealed that he is aiming to improve everyday as he prepares to settle into life in England.
The Dutch international Klaassen began training with the Toffees at USM Finch Farm earlier this week and will be part of the team that travels to Tanzania next week.
Klaassen, who joined the Merseyside club for £23.6 million, is renowned for his hard work ethic and ability to score goals from midfield.
The 24-year-old Klaassen has now revealed that he is aiming to improve in England by saying, “I will just try my best and I think I’m going to improve here every day.
“Now I’m just looking forward to all the games and all the training because I already feel good here. I’ve spoken to the manager about how I feel, how I’m settling, that type of stuff, and I feel really welcome here.”
The presence of fellow Dutch international Maarten Stekelenburg and Ronald Koeman as manager should help Klaassen in terms of adjusting to life in England.
