According to reports, Sunderland are looking to take Brendan Galloway and Tyias Browning on loan from Everton next season.
The 21-year-old Galloway spent last season on loan with West Bromwich Albion and failed to establish himself at the club, making just five first team appearances.
The chances are high that the Toffees will now allow him to go out on loan again next season as his chances of first team football at the club look slim.
Sunderland boss Simon Grayson is looking to sign the Zimbabwean born player in his attempts to add quality to his side as it prepares to play in the Championship next season.
Grayson worked with Browning last season at Preston North End during his loan spell with the club and is keen to reunite with him again next season, this time with the Black Cats. It remains to be seen if a deal will be reached.
