Emre Can is likely to give Liverpool a huge boost after reaffirming his desire to stay at the Merseyside club.
The German International has just one year left on his contract, and according to Italian publication TuttoMercatto, Juventus and PSG have registered an interest in the ex-Bayern starlet.
Can, however, has no desire to leave Liverpool, and will be looking to extend his contract at the club. Reports suggest that he is set to earn £100,000 per week in a deal that will run till the year 2021.
Liverpool has been very active this summer, quickly snapping up Chelsea’s Dominic Solanke and are currently linked with a myriad of players including Mohamed Salah and DusanTadic.
Tying down Emre Can to a long-term deal would surely be a statement of intent from Klopp, and one that would reassure the Red’s faithful.
