According to reports, English Premiership side Everton are interested in signing Keita Balde Diao from Italian Serie A outfit Lazio this summer.
Diao was in impressive goal scoring form this past season, netting 16 goals and providing three assists to help his club to a fifth place finish in Serie A.
Everton are reportedly tracking the Ghana international, with manager Ronald Koeman said to be a fan of the player. In addition to Everton, Manchester United, Inter Milan, Chelsea and Liverpool all also have kept tabs on Diao, though the Toffees have been strongly linked.
The 22-year-old, who is a youth product of Barcelona, is expected to leave his current club this summer. Everton will need to bolster their attack ahead of next season, where they will play in the Europa League.
Diao will be a good signing for the club, who will need new quality attackers to create goals, especially given that Romelu Lukaku is likely to depart.
