Newly promoted English Premiership club Huddersfield are reportedly eyeing the signature of West Ham striker Ashley Fletcher.
Terriers manager David Wagner is said to be interested in signing Fletcher as he looks to bolster his side while on a budget ahead of life in the Premier League.
After moving from Manchester United, Fletcher was given limited first team opportunities by Slaven Bilic this season and failed to make an impression.
Huddersfield will definitely be keen on luring the 21-year-old Fletcher considering that they tried to sign the striker before he joined the Hammers and also made an inquiry during the January transfer window.
A deal could be very much on the cards in this case. It is unlikely that Fletcher will receive regular game time next season should he remain at the Hammers. Bilic may opt to let him go so that he can taste more first team action at Huddersfield.
