Tottenham are reportedly eyeing a swoop for Burnley forward Andre Gray. The 25-year-old is entering the final year of his contract and could be brought to the North London club to provide competition for Harry Kane after backup Vincent Janssen failed to make an impression this season.
Burnley have previously been reluctant to get into negotiations over a sale of Gray, however as he is approaching the final year of his contract, this summer will be the last chance that they will get to cash in on a sale.
The Wolverhampton born striker may also be tempted to move due to the fact that Spurs are now a team that can genuinely challenge for trophies.
Should Gray move to the North London club however, it is likely that he will have to spend a lot of time on the bench as a backup to Harry Kane.
He will certainly need to have a lot of confidence in his abilities and be willing to work hard with determination should he decide on the move.
