Kenedy was an unknown quantity in England ahead of his £6.3 million move to Chelsea from Fluminense at the start of last season and it has to be said that the Brazilian enjoyed a fruitful debut campaign for the Blues.
Kenedy made a total of 20 appearances throughout the course of last season and although Chelsea did not enjoy the best of campaigns, the 20-year-old would have been very pleased at his contribution.
On the basis of his performances last term, many believe that Kenedy has a big future ahead of him at Chelsea but following the arrival of Antonio Conte as manager this summer, the youngster has not featured at all for the Blues.
It is believed that Conte wants Kenedy to go out on loan this season to earn regular first team football and now according to reports from Eindhovens Dagblad, it has been claimed that Dutch champions PSV Eindhoven could be a likely destination for the former Fluminense star.
The report states that PSV are currently in negotiations with Chelsea over the signing of Kenedy and the Brazilian has been seen as a potential replacement for Jetro Willems, who could leave the Philips Stadion in the coming days.
