We are less than two months away from the next transfer window and powerful European clubs are looking to see what they can find to help bolster their squads. After significantly bolstering their midfield and part of their defence, Manchester United are now looking at their attacking options.
Louis van Gaal’s side in in desperate need for goals and have been looking to add some speed to their attacking wings as well. At the end of the last window, van Gaal landed relatively unknown, Anthony Martial, to the squad, and his output has paid huge dividends for the Manchester outfit.
The latest player wanted by van Gaal could come way from bitter rivals, Chelsea, with the attacker not featuring into Jose Mourinho’s plans at the moment. As reported by Express, Charly Musonda is said player that United have an eyes on, but must fend off London rivals, Arsenal, if they are looking to bring the young Belgian.
Musonda is currently not happy, as he has been overlooked by the Portuguese manager, however, with Chelsea’s world class attacking players, he may find life very difficult at Stamford Bridge if he chooses to stay and fight for his place. With Chelsea struggling at the moment, United may have the leverage to pursue the young attacker and have him feature for a club that is still in the hunt for a top 4 finish.
