The Chivas Guadalajara vs Tigres Liga MX match will take place this March 2, 2014 (3:00 PM Pacific) at Estadio Omnilife. Chivas and Tigres UANL will close out Week 9 of the Clausura 2014 in what is expected to be an exciting match.

The team coached by Jose Luis Real has not been impressive this season in their style of play, although they have been highly effective. Entering this Sunday, Chivas is in 7th place with 12 points, where a win can place them in 3rd place.  Last week, the Rebaño Sagrado had a tough match against Toluca where they lost in the final minutes after an Isaac Brizuela long strike. Furthermore, during the Copa MX they lost with their ‘B’ squad against Dorados, and were eliminated from that competition.

The team coached by Ricardo Ferreti has improved their form in their last four games after starting the season in disastrous form. Tigres has been one of the worse teams so far with only 7 points which has them in 17th place. However, they have been undefeated in their past four games, and a win this Sunday could push them all the way into 10th place.
